IGNATZ SCHIERL, was born in Germany in July, 1842. He immigrated to America in 
June, 1867, and came direct to La Crosse, where he worked for seven years in 
the Eagle Brewery. He then commenced a wholesale liquor business for himself 
on Third street; was married in August, 1874, to Miss Dorethe Runge, and has 
one child.
