Funeral services for Fred Tomany, who died at Aberdeen, Washington, a few days ago, will be held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. C. Carleton, 1406 Tenth avenue, at 2:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon, the Rev, F. E. Fisher officiating. Interment will be in the mausoleum, where military services will be conductedby the American Legion. The deceased was born in 1890, and grew to manhood in Antigo. In 1911 he was married at Laona. His wife died about seven years ago. In February, 1918, he enlisted with the Spruce Division and was transferred from here to Astoria, Oregon. He has been at Aberdeen, Washington, since his discharge. Fred Tomany is survived by one daughter, Mrs. A. Masse, Laona; one sister, Mrs. Mary Carleton, Antigo; five brothers: Otto, Tacoma, Washington; William, Sioux City, Iowa; Joseph, Rudolph, and Ed, Antigo.
