Obituary

Mrs. Nettie Place

	Mrs. Nettie Place, aged 84, died Friday afternoon at the home of 
her daughter, Mrs. Sprague Hammond, at Omro.

	Born in Maine June 1, 1848, Mrs. Place came to Wisconsin at the 
age of 15.  She formerly lived near Omro Junction.  In 1866 she married 
William Place, and he passed away in 1917.

	Survivors of Mrs. Place include three daughters and a son, Mrs. 
Carrie Ingalls, Antigo; Mrs. Hammond, Mrs. Eula Hart and S. W. Place, 
all of Omro.  A brother, Bert Cochran, lives at Boyd, Minn.

	Funeral services and burial took place at Omro, Sunday.
