Henry C. Plautz

	Henry C. Plautz, age 65 years, died from a stroke at his home, 703 
Superior street, at 5 o'clock this morning, May 19, 1930.

	The funeral will be held from the home at 2 o'clock Wednesday 
afternoon, and services will be held at Unity Evangelical church at 2:30 
o'clock, the Rev. Otto Schulze officiating.  Interment will be in 
Elmwood cemetery.

	A complete obituary will appear later.

Obituary 

 Henry C. Plautz

   Funeral services for Henry C. Plautz who died from a stroke Monday 
morning about 5 o'clock at his home on Superior street, will be held 
Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the house and at 2:30 o'clock in 
Unity Evangelical church, the Rev. Otto Schulze officiating.  Interment 
will be in Elmwood cemetery.   

   Henry C. Plautz was born May 13, 1865, in Manitowoc county, being the 
son of Martin Plautz.  He received his  public school education at 
Montpelier, Wis.  On July 5, 1884, he was married to Miss Albertine 
Buss, of Kewaunee county and to this union five children were born, four 
sons, Herman and  William, deceased, and Henry Jr., and Edward, of this 
city, and one daughter, Mrs. Henry Kienast, deceased.  Mrs. Plautz 
preceded her husband in death by three years.
