Schneider, age 23, who passed away at teh home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Schneider of the town of Cooperstown, last Saturday. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon of this week at the Lark Evangelical church with burial in the Lark Evangelical cemetery. The services were conducted by Rev. G. Reichert, assisted by Rev. C. Scleuter of Reedsville. The pallbearers were Norbert Thiele, Wilbert Bruegge, Erne Sawatzke, Willie Thiele, Gilbert Mathes and Oscar Knuth. Those in charge of the floral offerings were Mrs. Schwartz, Mrs. L. Nohr and Mrs. R. Nohr. The funeral was largely attended, the church being packed to capacity, which showed the high esteem in which deceased was held. Herbert L. Schneider was born May 2, 1906, in the town of Cooperstown. He graduated from the Denmark High school, attended the Manitowoc Training school and the Fountain City Business College. He taught school in the town of Cooperstown for Two years, at the Wayside school for five months, and at the Morrison school five months and a half. He was united in marriage to Miss Hazel Peper June 28, 1928. He was taken ill with tuberculosis eight months ago and was a patient a the Hickory Grove Sanatorium a little over six month. At his request he was brought to his parental home last week Wednesday where he passed away early Saturday morning, October 19. Besides his wife, deceased leaves to mourn his untimely death, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. F.
