Mary Iles TAYLOR was born in Swinehead, Lincolnshire, England, November 24,
1835. She was married to Wm. ALLEN, who died in 1873. Two children were
born to them, who died. In 1873 she came to Wisconsin, and for ten years
she made her home with Wm. BONNETT, her nephew. For two years she had been
ailing, the last five months she was in bed, suffering from neutritis. She
was a patient sufferer to the last, which was October 23.

Aunt Polly, as she was called, will be remembered as a kind friend. Funeral
services were held by Rev. Andrus at the Davis Corners church October 25
and the remains were interred beside those of her isster. She is survived
by a …(cut off) and a sister Mrs. TAYLOR of Oshkosh
