Potter of Wilton, were with their mutual consent legally joined together in holy matrimony which was solemnized by me in the presence of John J. Sliker of Thomas and Mariah E. Sliker of the same attending. Witnesses having been first satisfied by the oath of Mr. Nelson Carver and Mrs. Mariah E. Sliker duly administered by me that there was no legal impediment to such mariage.
