Ida Augusta Anna Moritz was born near Berlin, Germany, Oct. 4, 1878, and
departed this life at her home in the village of Norwalk, Thursday, Jan.
23, 1930, at the age of 51 years, 3 months and 19 days.
When about two years of age she came with her parents to America and settling
near Elk River, Minn., resided there until her marriage in November, 1902,
to Charles Walz of Norwalk.
To this union four children were born, two dying in infancy, and tow daughters,
Evelyn and Marie, survive. Beside husband and daughters, deceased leaves
one sister, Mrs. Carl Schrieber of Minneapolis, and several other relatives
and friends.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon from the Church of God, Rev.
Whitney officiating.
