BIOGRAPHY:
ANSEL BAILEY BRIGGS

Was born in Lisbon, St. Lawrence county, N.Y. in 1831; came to Outagamie county in 1849 and was married to Ruth
Kinnie Millard at Lake Mills, Wis., in 1858. Ruth Millard was born in Butternut,
N.Y. in 1838 and died in 1894. Children, Daniel Judson, bron 1862, died 8162; Charles Robert, born 1863; Marion
Josephine, born 1865; Maude Millard, born 1872. Residence, 700 Lawrence street, Appleton.
