Was born in Genesee county, N.Y. December 5, 1883, he was married to Leda Ballard, daughter of Anson Ballard.
She was born in Appleton, October 6, 1854. Tilden Ballard Clark, born Dec. 31, 1885. Residence, 327 Cherry street,
Appleton, Wis.
