BIOGRAPHY:
G. R. DOWNER

Was born in the year 1851 and came to Outagamie county, Wisconsin, in the year 1873. Ida M. Downer was born in
Waterloo in the year 1858 and came to Seymour, in the state of Wisconsin, in 1864. Mr. and Mrs. Downer are now
engaged as Superintendent and Matron of the Outagamie County Insane Asylum. Wm. R. Downer was born Aug. 1,
1878. Arthur G. Downer was born Sept. 15, 1879.
