VEZEY AND MISS GERTRUDE DOUCHETTE. ---------------------------------------------- Ceremony Performed by the Rev. S. H. Anderson in the Presence of Sixty Guests ----------------------------------------------- A pretty wedding occurred last evening at the home of the groom's mother, 810 Superior street, being the marriage of Walter J. Vezey and Miss Gertrude Douchette, both of this city. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. S. H. Anderson, of the Methodist church. The couple were attended by C. W. Voss, of Combined Locks, and Miss Cora Storch, of this city. Refreshments were served and music was furnished by the Mandolin club. The couple were the recipients of many beautiful presents, among which were a silver tea set from the Phoenix Accident Insurance mopany, of Detroit, Mich., of which Mr. Vezey is the local representative, and a rocking chair from the Forester team. About sixty guests were present among whom were the Forester team of the Modern Woodmen of America, of which the groom is a member. Mr. and Mrs. Vezey will be a home to their friends at 810 Superior street. Among those who attended the ceremony were Mrs. B. F. Shipley, New London; Mrs. h. Neubauer, Merrill; Mr. and Mrs. Conley, Mr. and Mrs. Reese, and C. Besenger, Combined Locks.
