Helen was born in the Town of Greenville on September 5, 1908, the daughter of the late Henry and Helen (Bauman) Reinke and has lived in the Appleton area all of her life. She was united in marriage to Harlow Feavel on August 24, 1946, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Grenville, sharing 53 years together. Helen was employed by AAL, retiring in 1969. She was a member of Mt. Olive Ev. Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid. Survivors include her husband, Harlow, Appleton; a son, Stanley and his wife, Jeanie, Appleton. She was preceded in death by six brothers, Lester, Gilbert, Elmer, Melvin, Earl and Paul Reinke; three sisters, Ina Reinke, Evelyn Dietrich and Belle Reinke. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 24, 2000, at 11 a.m. at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, 930 E. Florida Ave., Appleton with Reverend Robert Raasch officiating. She was born July 17, 1917, in Seymour, daughter of the late George and Ella (Miller) Brunette. On March 29, 1932, she was united in marriage to Aaron Jesse in Appleton. He preceded her in death on August 30, 1983. She is survived by her children, Vernon (Ethel) Jesse, Waupaca; June Magiary, Nashville, Tennessee; Allen (Maria) Jesse, Menasha; Jerry (Carole) Jesse, Neenah; and Mary Ellen (Steve) Welch, Green Bay. Verna is further survived by 11 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; two daughters, Carol McGowen and Nancy Eisch, and two sons, Ervin and William. Verna was further preceded in death by a brother and a sister. She was born January 28, 1927, in Menasha, daughter of the late Isaac and Olive (Swamp) King. Dolores was married to Lawrence Miller and to Lawrence Jost; both of her husbands preceded her in death. She received training at Bellin School in Green Bay and for many years she worked as a care giver in private homes. In her earlier years, Dolores was employed by the Kimberly-Clark Lakeview Mill and by Marathon Corporation. She was an accomplished poet, enjoyed ceramics, gardening and her pets, was an active volunteer for the American Red Cross and was always ready for a trip to the casino. Survivors include three daughters, Barbara Jean Downey and her longtime companion Harry, Menasha. Joyce Merry Schultz, Neenah, Carol Mae Ahlquist, Appleton; three sons, Donald Lawrence (Jill) Miller, Neenah, Wayne Allan Miller, Menasha, Randall Keith (Mary) Miller, Menasha; eighteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Phineas (Joyce Jean) King, Neenah. Dolores is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, a brother, Lloyd King, and by sisters Delphine, Zelda, and Katherine. She was born on June 8, 1908, in Woodbridge, New Jersey, the daughter of the late J.H. Thayer and Edna (Boice) Martin. Doris married Gerry Keene on October 14, 1932, in Woodbridge, New Jersey, and he preceded her in death on August 19, 1963. Mrs. Keene was a graduate in 1926 of Rogers Hall School in Lowell and a graduate of Wellesley College with a BA in economics. She was an active member of the Unitarian-Universalist Church of Greater Lynn, Massachusetts for over 50 years, and treasurer of its Ladies Organization. She participated in the Marblehead Junior Aid Society for twenty years, belonging to the Lynn and Marblehead Historical Societies and the Breed Family Association, and was an enthusiastic P.E.O. member. She had been active in the North Shore Wellesley College Club. In Marblehead, she had worked with the Girl Scout Council, PTA, Band Parents and other civic organizations. Midboe Appleton Age 85, died on Friday, April 21, 2000, at St. Elizabeth Hospital. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, on July 2, 1914, to the late John and Anna (Andersen) Olsen. On November 12, 1949 she married Arthur G. Midboe, Brooklyn, New York, and in the years following they established homes at three different locations in New Jersey. They moved to Appleton in 1988. Marion was employed by several New York financial institutions as a secretary. During World War II she worked for NORTRASHIP, a wartime organization which directed the operations and activities of all Norwegian ships which had not been seized by Germany. Following the war, she was employed by the New York office of the Bank of Norway. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting, especially hats for newborns and infant sweaters, which were given to friends and charitable organizations. Marion was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Appleton, the Appleton Medical Center Auxiliary and the Knitting Group at the Thompson Community Center. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Arthur; a daughter, Karen A. DeWald, Appleton; grandchildren, Eric and Erin DeWald; a brother, John Olsen, Gibbsboro, New Jersey; a brother-in- law, Gordon (Evelyn) Midboe, Tinton Falls, New Jersey; six nephews and nieces, and other relatives. Warner Palm Beach Gardens, Florida Age 88, slipped his earthly bonds and was among those chosen to join his Maker April 10, 2000. He was born in Michigan City, Indiana, on January 18, 1912, son of David O Warner and Ruth Lucille (Routson) Warner. He is preceded in death by his parents; his only sibling, Richard, and his beloved wife of 62 years, Johanna (Slonina). He was employed by Miller Electric (now ITW) as Administrative Vice President until taking the position as Regional Sales Manager in Florida in 1964.
