Williams, 77, Shiocton, died Tuesday Nov. 29, at the Borchardt Hospital at New London after a short illness. He was born Jan. 12, 1878 in the township of Angelica, Shawano County. Lived in the vicinity of Shiocton most of his life time. Survivors are his wife, Clara, one son, Park Williams, Milwaukee; one step-daughter, Mrs. Earl Strutz, Marinette; two step-sons, Robert Bates, Appleton; Ben Bates of Shiocton; one brother, Louis Allexander, Seattle, Washington; one sister, Mrs. Carl Busse, Homestead, Florida; and ten grand children. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 o'clock at the First Congregational Church at Shiocton with Rev. Raymond Bawden, of Ridgeway, officiating. Friends may call at the Sawyer Funeral Home from noon Thursday to noon Friday then at the church.
