REESE Word was received in the city yesterdsay that George H. Reese had died suddenly Saturday night at his home in Duluth (Minnesota), following a hemorrhage of the brain. He was 50 years of age. The decedent is survived by his widow; one daughter, Mrs. Thomas Stephensen Jr., of chicago; one sister, Mrs. August H. Meyer of Appleton; two brothers, H. D. Reese of Appleton and David E. Reese, Jr., of Tacoma, Wash. Mr. Reese was born in Fall River, Wis., and spent his early boyhood in Appleton, moving from here to Kaukauna, where he lived many years. Mrs. Reese was formerly Miss Catherine Whitman of Kaukauna. About ten years ago he moved to Duluth, where he was associated with the Hugo Manufacturing company as secretary and manager. The body will be brought to Appleton Tuesday, and the funeral which will be private, will be held at two o'clock Tuesday afternoon from the home of his sister. Mrs. August H.
