MAN DROWNED

James MULLINS fell overboard from Gibraltar, and was drowned between Port
Washington and Sheboygan, on 17th. Five feet six, dark hair, blue eyes,
clean face, scar on upper lip pointing down, 22 years old, tattoo marks on
