The verdict was passed on the testimony of Mrs. Anna Winkleman, neighbor, Louis Bunsa, 14, his son, and Mrs. Mary Bunsa, the accused wife. Mrs. Winkleman testified she found a club covered with blood and matted hair near the house. Louis Bunsa testified his father had threatened to kill the three children of the faintly and that he left home the night of the tragedy and also said he kept a revolver in a pile of potatoes near the home because of frequent threats made by his father.
