She had been ill about nine months. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday at St Paul's Lutheran Church, Amherst. The Rev Richard Radde will officiate. Burial will be in Bickel Cemetery, Town of Amherst. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Jungers Funeral Home, Amherst. The former Selma Schmidt was born Oct. 1892, in the town of Almond, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schmidt. She married Ben Boelter on April 28, 1915, in the town of Buena Vista. She was a resident of Amherst for the past 30 years. Survivors include two sons, Lester, Winona, Minn., and Arlyn Schenectady, NY, three daughters, Mrs. Raymond {Leona} Toftum and Mrs. Myron {Freida} Dobbe, both of Amherst, and Mrs. Norman {Alta} Sannes, Scandinavia; one sister Mrs Hattie Gollnick, Neenah; one brother Dan, Fond du Lac; 15 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
