Funeral of Chas. S. Sampson 

The funeral services over the body of Chas. S. Sampson were conducted at the home of 
Henry Wallace Thursday evening at 8:30 o'clock by Rev. J.H. Tippett, who delivered a 
short address. The services were very touching. Several hymns were sung by Mrs. Atwell, 
Miss Anna Lee and Frank Putz, Mrs. Atwell playing the organ. 

Quite a number of the friends of the young man remained after the service until the 
body was taken to the train.
