Obituary, Henry Harms, The Prentice Calumet, Friday, September 23, 1910, page 
8:
Henry C. Harms who has been a resident of Kennan for several years, was 
suddenly taken ill on Wednesday of last week and sank rapidly until Monday, 
when he passed away.  His age was 77 years, 8 months, and 14 days.  Deceased 
is survived by his wife and two children, both married.  Mrs. Bartel and Carl 
Harms.  Burial was made at Theressa, Wisconsin, September 22nd, the funeral 
being conducted by Rev. Lehmhaus.  Mr. Harms was born Jan. 5, 1833 at 
Koegsdorf, Mecklenburg-Schwerin, Germany.  He was held in highest esteem here 
and his death is regretted by all.
