History/Comments: Established about 1900. Many of the early
settlers belonged to socialist, communist and labor-influenced
parties, the majority of whom were atheists or agnostics. This
cemetery was established for those without religious
affiliation. After a few decades, the political parties
disappeared and burials of Christians and persons of other
religions began and continue to this day.
