F. COX AND _____ COX, his wife; ELLIS M. RUSSELL AND
___________ RUSSELL, his wife; HIRAM R. HARMON and
_________HARMON, his wife; ELMER E. HARMON and ______
HARMON his wife; HERMAN V. HARMON AND ________HARMON,
his wife; H. J. KNISELY and LUCRETIA L. KNISELY, his
wife; HENRY PEEHN and ______PEEHN, his wife; AMY S.
PELL; WILLIAM DUDLEY; and the unknown wife and wives,
husband and husbands of any and all the foregoing persons
and their and all or either of their successors and 
assigns and guardians, if any, and the unknown heirs,
grantees, legal representatives, devisees, legatees,
executors and administrators under the estates or wills
of any and all or either of the above-named persons,
and any and all persons whomsoever having or claiming
to have any right, title or interest whatsoever advers
to that of the plaintiff herein and to the property in
the complaint and at the foot of the summons described 
and, generally, all persons whom it may concern, Defendants.
---SUMMONS AND NOTICE OF OBJECT OF ACTION.
   THE STATE OF WISCONSIN TO THE SAID DEFENDANTS AND EACH
OF THEM:
  YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear within twenty (20)
days after service of this summons, exclusive of the
day of service and defend the above-entitled action in
the Court aforesaid; and in case of your failure so to do,
judgement will be rendered against you according to the
demand of the complaint, a copy of which is herewith
served upon you.

   The object of the above-entitled action, the verified
complaint in which is filed in the office of the Clerk
of the Municipal Court for Racine County, Wisconsin, at
the City of Racine, in said County, is to establish and
quiet the title of the above-named defendants or any other
person or persons whomsoever, in and to the following
described real estate situate, lying and being in the
City of Racine, County of Racine and State of Wisconsin,
known and described as follows:
   The East 1/2 of Section 11, Township 3 North, Range 21,
East, bounded as follows: Begin in the center of Section 11,
Township 3 North, Range 21 East; run thence North along
the center of highway 660.33 feet; thence East 1056 feet to
the point of beginning of this description; thence South
1887.35 feet to center of highway No. 20; thence South-
easterly along the center of highway 20, 299.37 feet;
thence North 1980.65 feet; thence West 264 feet to beginning.
Also known as Parcel No. 1 of Summerset Acres, and 
unrecorded plat. Said land being in the Town of Yorkville,
Racine County, Wisconsin.

TO EACH AND ALL OF THE DEFENDANTS NAMED OR OTHERWISE
DESIGNATED AS SUCH IN THE FOREGOEING SUMMONS:
 NOTICE IS HEREBYY GIVEN Than at the expiration of 
twenty (20) days from the completed service of this
Summons, exclusive of the day of service, the plaintiff
herein will apply to the court for the appointment of
some suitable and competent person to act as Guardian
ad Litem for any and all named and unnamed, known and
unknown, minor, insane, or otherwise incompetent persons,
who are or may be defendants in said action, for whom
a Guardian ad Litem has not previously been appointed.
