COUNTY COURT, RACINE COUNTY IN 
PROBATE. In the matter of the last 
will and testament of Thomas 
Blackburn deceased. On reading and 
filling an instrument in writing 
purporting to be the last will and 
testament of Thomas Blackburn, 
late of the town of Yorkville, in 
the County of Racine and state of 
Wisconsin deceased and also the 
accompanying petition of Martha 
Blackburn, representing among 
other things that the said Thomas 
Blackburn lately died; that said 
instrument in writing is the last 
will and testament of said 
deceased, and that she the said 
petitioner is the identical Martha 
Blackburn, named and appointed in 
and by said last will and 
testament as executrix thereof: 
and praying that a time and place 
be appointed for proving said 
will, It is ordered that said will 
be proved before this Court on 
Monday the 18th of July, A. D. 
1870, at ten o’clock A. M. of that 
day, at the office of the County 
Judge, of said County, in the city 
of Racine in said County. And it 
is further ordered that public 
notice thereof be given by the 
publication of a copy of this 
order for three weeks successfully 
previous to the time herein 
appointed, in the "Racine County 
Argus, a weekly newspaper printed 
and published at said city of 
Racine Dated, June 16th, 1870, 

by the Court, 
ELBERT O. HAND, County Judge.
