BEECHER, GEORGE A. 1222-15th Ave. Union Grove, Wis. Age 
83. Passed away May 3 at his residence after a lingering 
illness.

Mr. Beecher was born in the Town of Dover on April 9, 
1874, and had been a life long resident of Racine County. 
In Union Grove on Nov. 28, 1907, he was married to the 
former Emma Bosma. He was a rural mail carrier for Union 
Grove and Kansasville for 36 years before retiring.
Surviving are his wife, Emma; one daughter, Mrs. Arnold 
(Frances) Lonstrop, Union Grove: one son, John A. 
Beecher, Union Grove; two brothers, Ray of California and 
Roy of Florida; six grandchildren. Funeral,  services 
will be held in the Rohde Funeral Home, Rev. Peter 
Pfeiffer officiating Interment will be in the Union Grove 
Cemetery.

afternoon and eve.
