Herman Mielke's Funeral. The funeral of Herman Mielke 
occurred from his late home on West street at 1:30 
o'clock yesterday afternoon and was attended by a large 
number of friends and relatives and ninety-five members 
of the Beta Council No. 2, Royal League, were present in 
a body. The pall bearers were: From Beta Council, G. 
Pierson, Andrew Hanson and Anthony Bye; from the German 
Evangelical church of which the deceased was a member: 
August Kopitzke, Mr. Rhoddy and George Kimpel. The 
funeral sermon was preached at the church by the Rev. Mr. 
Reichert and was an eloquent tribute to the deceased.
