Mrs. Richard Murgatroyd, one of the oldest residents of 
Racine county, died, at t her home in the village of 
Union, Grove yesterday, aged 80 years, Deceas: ed has 
been an invalid for several years. While, attempting to 
walk across the floor at her home on Thanksgiving day 
shel slipped and bad fell, accident, breaking and her 
hip. account It was a very on of her extreme age the 
bones could not be properly set and she died as a result 
of the injuries. No woman was better known in the town of 
Yorkville.
A husband and grown children survive. The funeral will 
take place on Thursday afternoon.
