Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Haney of Kellogg’s Corners, Kenosha County, announce the marriage of their daughter Ruth to Ellsworth Blackburn, son of Mrs. F. Blackburn, of Corliss, Wednesday, Nov. 30. The young couple took a short wedding trip and, upon their arrival home last Friday evening, were given a surprise by about 45 friends and relatives. The bride is one of the most popular young women of Union Grove and Mr. Blackburn is a prominent young farmer in that section. They will reside on the Blackburn farm at Corliss. A reception and oyster supper will be given at the home of Mr. and Mrs. F.W. Bullis on Dec. 10, in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Blackburn, and Mr. and Mrs. E. Haney, who were also recently married.
