OBITUARY

Mrs. Sarah W. Korn

Mrs. Sarah Whitmore Korn died Saturday morning, Feb. 15, 1908, at the home
of her daughter, Mrs. Lottie Gibson of Evansville. Mrs. Korn was sixty-
three years old at the time of her death, being born in Sandusky County,
Ohio, April 21, 1844. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Lottie Gibson
of Evansivlle, and one son, Frank W. Korn of the town of Janesville. Her
husband died at their home in the city of Janesville three years ago since
which time she has made her home with her children. Mrs. Korn was a member
of the Presbyterian church of Janesville. Her loss will be mourned by many
friends in Janesville and vicinity.

Brief services were held this Tuesday forenoon at nine o'clock at the home
of her daughter, Mrs. Lottie Gibson, 446 South Madison Street. The remains
were then taken to the home of her son Frank, who resides on the old
homestead where Mrs. Korn spent most of her life and the funeral services
were conducted at 1:30 o'clock.
