Local News, Tampa, Fl. Hillsborough county, Wednesday, June 27, 2007.
George E. Simmerlein passed away June 24, 2007 due to cancer. Born October 23, 
1943 in Janesville, Wis., to John and Bernadene Simmerlein. He was an Air Force 
veteran of the Vietnam war. He later went to work for G&K Services, Tampa for 
more than 30 years as a route sales professional. Of the Lutheran faith. Mr. 
Simmerlein was preceded in death by His twin boys, John Durward and Timothy 
Sean and His Brother, Fred. Survivors: His Wife of 38 years, Connie; Daughter, 
Kim Craun and GrandDaughter, Bryanna Nicole Craun all of Lakeland, Fl. Memorial 
service, 2 p.m. Friday at Gentry-Morrison Dukes Steen Chapel, 1833 S. Florida 
Ave., Lakeland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd 
Hospice, 105 Arneson Ave., Auburndale, Fl. 33823
