Waddle died at her home in Magnolia, Friday, May 3, aged 86 years. Flora Brown Waddle was born in Lanarkshire, Scotland, June 25, 1821. In 1843 she married James Waddle of the same place and in 1854 both emigrated to this country. They first settled in the east, but a year later came west and located on a farm in the town of Magnolia, where the home has been ever since. She leaves a sister, Mrs. Margaret Rice, who cared for her during her last illness, four nephews and three nieces. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon from the church at Magnolia, Rev. T. W.
