She was the daughter of Albert and Dolly Parker Adams, who brought her to Wisconsin when she was a small child, settling in the Town of Union. Later she attended the Evansville Seminary, where she met Loyal Bingham. They were married in June, 1874, moving to Ames, Iowa, where she resided for forty-two years. After the death of her husband in 1907, she divided her time between her two daughters, Mrs. W. J. Kennedy, of Sioux City, Iowa, and Mrs. P. P. Pullen, of this city. The deceased was also a sister of the late Mrs. Caleb Snashall. For many years Mrs. Bingham has been affiliated with the First Congregational Church, of Sioux City, where the funeral services were held last Sunday, the remains being brought to this city for interment, Monday, the funeral taking place from the home of her daughter, Mrs. P. P. Pullen, Monday at 3:00 o'clock, the Rev. O. W. Smith, of this city, officiating, interment being made in Maple Hill Cemetery. The pall-bearers were T. C. Richardson, C. J. Pearsall, Geo. L.
