Mrs. Blakeley had been sick and unable to leave her bed since early in the spring, and knowing that she could not recover made a will of the property left to her by her husband and complacently resigned herself into the arms of him who doeth all things well. Her husband died about seven years ago. They left no children and her estate goes by will, to her relatives. She was a sister of Mr. Leroy Springer, her funeral took place at her late residence, Friday, under the direction of her pastor, Rev. John Scholfield, pastor of the Cong'l church at this place. June 27, 1893, Evansville Review, p. 1, col. 3, Evansville Wisconsin Death takes an Old Pioneer Died, Wednesday, June 21, 1893, of old age, Mrs. Louisa Blakeley, aged 73 years last March. The deceased and her husband were amongst the very earliest settlers of this place and most highly respected. The husband died several years since and no children ever blessed their union. Funeral at the residence on South Madison St., at 10 o'clock, Friday, Rev. J.
