Blunt 1872-1924 Arthur R. Blunt was born in Buckhamshire, England, July 1st, 1872. Coming to America when he was 12 years old with his mother and 5 brothers and landed in Watertown, Wisconsin where he resided two years and then came to Evansville, Wisconsin where he has since resided. He was married to Hattie L. McClear at Dayton, Wisconsin July 3rd 1902. One son was born to this union. Raylton Robert Blunt, April 28th, 1916. He was employed in the Baker Shops for 32 years. He was a member of the Modern Woodmen. Last September he went to Long Beach, California, where he became converted to the Roman Catholic faith and after a weeks illness of pneumonia passed away May 23rd, at 8:30 a.m. Interment was made in St. Paul's Catholic Cemetery, Monday, June 2. June 5, 1924, Evansville Review, Evansville, Wisconsin (Note: St. Paul's Catholic Cemetery is also called Holy Cross Cemetery)
