Old age and paralysis were the cause of his death. If he had lived until the 13th of next March, the deceased would have been eighty-six years of age. He has been an invalid for the past two years, having been afflicted with paralysis. For the last five days he was unconscious. Mr. Devins is survived by three sons, George of Janesville, Charles of Larrimore, North Dakota, and John of Footville, and one daughter, Mrs. Mary Kennedy, who has lived at the old home for some time. The funeral was held at the Catholic church at Footville and the burial was in Mt. Olivet cemetery in Janesville. Dec. 23, 1908, The Enterprise, and the Tribune, p. 1, col. 7, Evansville, Wisconsin
