Mr. Emery was one of the pioneers of Wisconsin, having come here some fifty odd years ago, and during that time has been a prosperous and highly repected farmer. He was born in New York state july 3, 1829. He was married to Miss Lucinda Sharp at Delavan, July 4, 1857, and to that union are three children living--Mrs. John Robinson, Ida and George Emery. A brother and sister are also living. Funeral services were held at the house Saturday afternoon; the Revs. James Churm assisted by T. W. North officiating.
