Obituary: Rock County, Wisconsin: Ann Bubb EVANS ************************************************************************ Submitted by Ruth Ann Montgomery, June 2005 © All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ************************************************************************ Ann Bubb was born in Radnorshire, Wales, March 6, 1846, and passed away on February 21, 1920, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John P. Porter. She was married to John Evans in 1864, and with her husband and family came to America in 1869 and has resided in Evansville since. They were blessed with four children, all having passed away except her daughter, Mrs. John P. Porter. Her husband preceded her to the world beyond on August 4, 1908. She leaves two brothers, three sisters, three grandchildren and two adopted grandchildren to mourn her loss. She was a member of the Methodist church from girlhood and was a faithful worker until her health failed about a year ago. Funeral services were held at the home on Main Street by the Rev. H.
