Mrs. William Finnane died at 12:15 Tuesday morning at her home near
Janesville, after a few days' illness with pneumonia. 

Mary Meehan was born in Ireland August 15, 1868 and received her education
in the schools of Roscommon. She came to America with her parents when she
was a child.

Besides her husband, Wm. Finnane, she is survived by six children, Mrs.
John T. Mulligan, town of Rock, Mrs. Merwyn Martin, Beloit, Mary, Sadie,
Alice and Dan, at home. Two sons preceded her in death. She is also
survived by one sister, Mrs. E. H. Finneran of Chicago.

The funeral was held today at 9:30 from St. Patrick's church, Janesville of
which she was a member. Burial was made at Croake Settlement.
