Date of death:  August 4, 1966, the junction of the Pecatonica and 
                Sugar rivers, one mile south of Shirland, Ill.

Date of birth:  May 12, 1952, Fort Atkinson

Survivors:  her parents
            4 sisters, Linda, Joyce, Ginna, and Judith
            1 brother, Paul
            grandmothers, Mrs. Hazel Hansen, Whitewater, and Mrs. 
                 Clara Blaisdell, Browntown
