The deceased was 88 years of age last September. He suffered a short time ago with a stroke of paralysis, which terminated in his death. The funeral services will be held at the Baptist Church in this city tomorrow, Friday at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Hoag will officiate. January 29, 1903, Evansville Review, Evansville, Wisconsin Mr. Thomas Houtby, aged 88 years, and one of the earliest settlers on Jug Prairie, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Cole, in this city, Wednesday, Jan. 28, 1903. Death resulted from a paralytic stroke from which he suffered a few weeks ago.
