Pearson was born in Green county, this state, Sept. 21, 1858 and passed away at Evansville Aug. 28, 1921. Most of her life was spent on the farm about the village of Union, at which place she kept house for her brother, John P. Pearson, in company with her aunt, Minnie Pearson. The past recent years their home has been on a farm near Evansville. The deceased was a member of the Congregational Church and took certain active part in various organizations of the church. Three weeks ago, owing to a weakened physical condition, she went to the sanitarium in South Madison for treatment, but returned to Evansville little aided. Miss Pearson was well known in Evansville, and she will leave, besides the brother and aunt, many friends and acquaintances who will deeply miss her in the various circles in which she associated. The funeral services were held at the Congregational Church, Tuesday, Aug. 30, at 2 p.m. Rev A. W. Barnlund, of the Methodist--in the absence of her pastor--conducting the service.
