A. Perry, Sunday afternoon, at 4:15 o'clock. The immeidate cause was heart failure. Mrs. Plaisted was born at Litchfield, Herkimer county, New York, 83 years ago and has outlived all of her immediate family of three brothers and five sisters. She was a woman of very kindly and sympathetic disposition. She came in the pioneer days of Wisconsin, at the age of 20 years, and married Mr. Plaisted in 1857. He was engaged in the boot and shoe business at Evansville. There were two children one of whom survives her. She was a member of the Congregational church in Evansville and shares the honor of building up a good, social order in that town. She also leaves a grandson who lives in Rockford, Ill., with his father. There are nieces and nephews who are well known to the people of this city. She not only had many acquaintances, but many loving friends. The funeral services occurred on Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at 329 Highland avenue. Rev. A. B. Penniman conducted the services.
