Arthur Stiff Dies In Idaho

Arthur Stiff was born Feb. 14, 1877, in Osage, Iowa. He died at St. Maries,
Idaho, Oct. 12, 1913. His mother resides in this city.

On May 1, 1898, he was married to Miss Barbara Sorenson at Orfordville. To
this union there were born seven children, one of them dying in infancy.
Three sons and three daughters survive the father.

The home was in this vicinity until about three years ago when he went to
Idaho.

The body was brought back to Evansville, arriving here yesterday evening.
The funeral services were conducted at the home of his sister, Mrs. H.
Schliem, this afternoon by the Rev. Chas. E. Coon. The burial was in Maple
Hill cemetery.
