Mrs. Webb was born June 8, 1846, in Hoosic, New York, and was the daughter of Orin and Sarah Kibbe. At the age of ten years she came with her parents to Wisconsin and settled on a farm in Magnolia. Here on April 1, 1862, she was united in marriage with Albert Webb. They removed to a farm four miles west of Magnolia where they resided until fifteen years ago when they came to Evansville. Mrs. Webb was a lovable character, ever delighting in doing acts of neighborly kindness.
