This union was blessed with three sons and six daughters. In 1877 they emigrated to the United States, settling near Center. Twelve years later they moved to about one mile south of Magnolia, where he was engaged in farming during the past twenty-eight years, and where he was well known and respected by many, because he was a good citizen and kind neighbor. During his early years in this country, he was connected with the Evangelical church at Center, and worshiped in the same for many years. On March 10, 1917, Mr. Woodstock passed away to the unseen world at the age of sixty-four years, seven months, and fifteen days. He is survived by his deeply bereaved wife, three sons, six daughters, twenty grandchildren, two sisters and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at the home Tuesday at 12 o'clock and at the Advent church at Magnolia at 1 o'clock. Interment was at the Advent cemetery, with the Rev. G. E. Zellmer, of Evansville, officiating, assisted by the Rev. W. G. Bird, of Magnolia. March 15, 1917, Evansville Review, Evansville, Wisconsin
