Mr. Worthing had resided in the town of Magnolia for many years and was a man of great energy and ability highly respected and well thought of by all his acquaintances and neighbors. He was a member of the adventist church and a christian man. There remain surviving him his widow, two children, Ariel and Mrs. Wm. Letts, to mourn a kind husband and loving father. The funeral was held Wednesday at 10 o'clock in the A. C. church and the remains laid to rest in the Magnolia cemetery.
