WEBSTER, livery and sale stable; was born in Green Co., Wis., June 12, 1846; he came to Whitehall in 1875 and engaged in his present business; he also has a farm of 177 acres, in connection with his stables; he has been Constable in Whitehall two years and is a member of the I 0. 0. F., Trempealeau Valley Lodge, No. 249; he was married July 1, 1877, to Miss Mary A. Rogerson, who is a native of Wisconsin.
