He had lived all his life on the farm on which he was born, Feb. 21, 1887. He had been ill several months. He is survived by his widow, three brothers, Helbert, Eau Claire; Ole, Chimney Rock and Arthur, Independence, and two sisters, Mrs. Charles Sielaff and Mrs. Fred Witt, both of Whitehall. Funeral services will be held Thursday (3 April 1942) at the Chimney Rock Lutheran church, the Rev. A. Wichman officiating.
