Charles Rankins 
1881-1963

Additional Comments:
Charles is the son of William and Hannah Parrish Rankins. He is the grandson of 
David E. Parrish and Elizabeth Jane Boldon.  He was married to Pearl Hutchinson 
and then to Addie Davis.  His sons John and Robert are also buried in Billings 
Creek along side of him.
