This unusual headstone is shaped like a tree trunk & has the mother's name & 
data on one side , while the reverse side of the trunk has four of her 
children's names & their data.

From what I have learned the unusual tree trunk design is suppose to mean the 
someone was in the Woodcraft of the World fraternity .

This headstone is located near a large cedar tree in the older section of 
Springville Cemetery , Springville , Vernon County , WI.
