Upright tombstone inscribed " Cynthia Bassett, wife of S. Stanford, Sep.15, 
1823-Apr. 11, 1887".  Cynthia was the wife of Squire Stanford, who was the 
brother of Mary Stanford Farrar.  Mary Stanford Farrar married William Henry  
Farrar, son of George and Catherine Walker Farrar.  William Henry and Mary 
Stanford lived in Lime Springs, IA.
